7.2 Delivery Times
Orders placed before 3:00 PM from Monday to Friday are shipped the same day via A-mail. If the postal service meets its deadlines, you should receive your order in your mailbox by the next business day.

8. Receipt of Products & Examination and Complaint Obligation, Liability for Defects

8.1 The customer is obliged to check the condition of the products upon receipt. In case of damaged or missing items, the customer must contact HouseSmoke within 48 hours with photographic evidence. Failure to do so will result in the products being considered approved.

8.2 Defects that were not visible during proper inspection as per the previous paragraph must be reported immediately to our customer service via email at contact@housesmoke.ch upon discovery, otherwise the ordered products will also be considered accepted concerning these defects.

8.3 The defective product must be returned with a copy of the invoice and a detailed description of the defect. The return address will be communicated to the buyer via email upon receipt of the written complaint. Transportation costs incurred are at the customer’s expense.

8.4 We provide warranty by remedying defects, which can be done, at our discretion, either through subsequent performance, namely defect elimination (repair), or delivery of a defect-free item (replacement delivery). Replaced products become the property of the seller.

8.5 If subsequent performance fails, the customer has the right to terminate the contract. This does not apply in case of minor defects. Any right of the customer to a price reduction is excluded. This limitation of liability also extends to all claims that compete with warranty rights, whether contractual claims (Art. 97 ff. CO), tort claims (Art. 41 ff.
